Witmeyer & Gleser, L.L.P. is located in Manhattan at Wall
Street Plaza, a building designed by the noted architecture firm
of I.M. Pei. The front of the building is on the east side of
Water Street, one block north of Wall Street and adjacent to
and south of Maiden Lane. Wall Street Plaza is a white, 30-story
building situated on the Southeast corner. Enter our offices
via the receptionist on the 23rd floor.
By Taxi -
Ask to be taken to the corner of Water Street and Maiden Lane.
The Wall Street Plaza building is on the southeast corner of
that intersection. During rush hour allow for travel time of
at least 40 minutes from midtown hotels or LaGuardia airport,
and one and one-quarter hours from JFK International or Newark
airports.
By Car from
the FDR drive - Exit at the Brooklyn Bridge/Civic Center
ramp; follow the signs for Pearl Street. Turn left (South)
on Pearl Street. In a quarter mile, you will pass the South
Street Seaport, at which point Pearl Street becomes Water Street.
Continue two blocks southward on Water Street to Maiden Lane.
Wall Street Plaza will be on your left. There is underground
parking immediately across Water Street and numerous other
parking facilities in the area.
By Car from
Broadway – Turn left (East) onto Liberty Street. After
three blocks, Liberty Street merges into Maiden Lane. Continue
on Maiden Lane until the second light (at Water Street). Wall
Street Plaza is across Water Street on your right. There is
underground parking on Water Street to your right and numerous
other parking facilities in the area.
By Subway
from Grand Central Station, Midtown or the Upper East Side –
Take the number 4 or 5 train (Lexington Avenue Express) to
the Wall Street station. Once above ground, walk East down
Wall Street to Water Street. Cross Water Street, turn left
and walk North along Water Street to the second building on
the right.
By Subway
from Pennsylvania Station, Times Square or the Upper West Side -
Take the number 2 or 3 train (Seventh Avenue Express) to the
Wall Street station. Exit onto Pine Street (follow signs in
station). Turn right onto Pine Street and walk to Water Street
(you can go no further than that on Pine). Cross Water Street
and Wall Street Plaza will be the white building immediately
to your left.
